Responsibilities: - Maintain and grow the community through building great relationships with existing users, engaging with new users, creating content and fun for all our users. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of products and the community through data analysis and user feedback; prepare analytical reports for internal presentations and feedback. - Grow and manage our community, coordinate with them to moderate regional social media platforms and interact with the community to increase positive engagement. - Drive engagement through social media channels by responding to questions or complaints, and to promote new initiatives. - Write, review, edit, and update content for the websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms. - Keep up to date with industry trends
